Robotos
Some robot shit.
And angry faces, aparently. Been super sick this week. And super busy with poster business.
It's gotten to the point where I could believe they don't actually have a poster to print. That I'm just being given assignments and changes. Or that I'm just imagining the revision emails I get, constantly. Like Rod Stewart is gonna step out from behind a curtain and start up: "We have here, the artist. Toiling feverishly to complete a work no one will ever see." Like it was all a big joke at my expense.
God I hope I'm just paranoid because I'm sick and tired and not because I've been forever soured toward working on graphic design projects.

Faces
In spaaaaace!

Learning more from continued practice and this Tom Bancroft fellow.
Read the Marvel origins of Spider-Woman today. Kinda depressing. Also picked up Powers: Secret Identity. Fucking Awesome. I would love to get a giant omnibus edition of Powers. One that was about 3 inches thick and covered the first 8 books. Or something...
I did in fact order 3 of Brandon Graham's books from Half.com. We will see how good their service is. I'm really excited to get Escalator.

Face Off
Webcomic concept sketches.
Watching Dragnet while I work. I love Dragnet. I love the episodes about drugs. They're such dicks about it. They got a kid laid out on a slab in the morgue, Jack Webb is talking to his parents about how they're failures and going on, then turns right to the camera: "Maybe you should have talked to your kids about marijuana."

Hula Kick Pow!
Like Pow! Right in your stupid face.
Lots of sketches. The Honeys want a new logo, one that's more horizontally oriented and preferably kicking someone in the face. Ka-Pow!
