How do you make someone a were-hot-air-balloon? Does the balloon bite you? Can it be popped by a silver ninja-star? There's a system at work here I don't fully understand.

Balloon Head
How do you make someone a were-hot-air-balloon? Does the balloon bite you? Can it be popped by a silver ninja-star? There's a system at work here I don't fully understand.
